Yes — Professional plans include a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You'll only be charged at the end of the trial if you choose to continue.
What counts as an AI run?
An AI run is one full questionnaire processed by the AI agent — it reads every question, retrieves KB context, and drafts cited answers. A 200-question RFP is one run.
Can I change plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything from Settings → Data & Privacy. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
